Nominate the Next Student of the Month

The Freedom Scientific Student of the Month Program features K-12 students living in the U.S. who are blind or visually impaired and use Freedom Scientific technology to achieve educational goals. While in California for the annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference, we had the opportunity to meet with a group of our previous students of the month, who were in attendance with their teachers of the visually impaired (TVIs).

In addition to chatting with the students, we played a game of trivia together. The winners were awarded Picture Smart AI baseball caps created especially for CSUN.

Rachel Buchanan said she appreciated the unique opportunity to meet with the students in-person. “It was wonderful to connect with the students and learn what they are up to now.”
